AROGYA

The Arogya project initiated by AMMA provides for health screening, basic primary care, and provisions for children to undergo major heart surgery free of cost. Similarly, every year many needy persons from poor rural backgrounds are supported for medical and other collegiate education.

Sri Sakthi Amma's compassion for the suffering of those in need, who can’t afford basic health care expenses, led to the creation of free medical camps, free mobile clinics for several hundreds of people, provision of assistive devices for differently-abled people, and financial assistance for major surgeries and for needy institutions are a few among many other health schemes pioneered and initiated by Beloved Amma.
